Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

Apartament jest na piętrze, wchodzi się po bardzo stromych schodach.

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

"Great comfortable three bedroom apartment in Bethlehem. One bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Very helpful and friendly hosts, always ready to help when needed. Within walking distance of the town centre and Manger square."

The actual location of the apartment was not exactly as indicated on the booking.com map, which was not so good for us.

"Wszystko było dobrze. Byliśmy w 4 osoby w pokoju 4osobowym. Jedna sypialnia w głównym pokoju a druga w oddzielnym pokoju co jest dużym plusem. Zaplecze kuchenne spoko. Czysto. Jesteśmy zadowoleni."

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

W czerwcu w pokoju na parterze gorąco (brak klimatyzacji), ale wentylator nieco pomógł.

"La habitación es muy cómoda, se siente limpio y el buen mantenimiento. La TV tenía Netflix por lo que no tuve que molestarme en buscar mi propia cuenta. Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"

Die Koffer zwei Etagen nach unten und wieder hochtragen. Obwohl es auch toll war von der Terrasse aus gleich nach draußen zu können.

Nie nazwałabym tego że mi się nie podobało, lecz na jakikolwiek alkohol, nawet w restauracji nie ma co liczyć :)

Godziny pracy recepcji do 21:00 - bałem się, że jak lot się opóźni to nie odbiorę kluczy. Następny autobus był o 21:45. Brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci. Mało herbaty i kawy - nie jest dobrze wyposażona kuchnia jakbym tego oczekiwał. Śniadania powinny być urozmaicone - codziennie było to samo.

Nie było takiej rzeczy, zdarzenia. Może info że parking jest płatny ale cena spoko nie wygórowana

"Super apartamenty, dwie łazienki, ogromna przestronna sypialnia, basen codziennie był czyszczony. Bardzo mili i uprzejmie ludzie którzy doglądali porządku. Blisko do plaży."

brakowało niektórych przyrządów kuchennych np. łopatki żeby zrobić jajecznicę, Bark czajnika - wodę gotowaliśmy w garnku, meble ogrodowe przydało by się już wymienić bo zjada je rdza. Ulica przy plaży była tak ruchliwa jak autostrada, specjalnie wybrałam nocleg oddalony od miasta żeby był spokój ale niestety rozwój gospodarczy robi swoje... Dlatego jeśli szukasz spokojnej okolicy to nie w tym miejscu.
