"Fantastic place to stay, owner is fantastic and the facilities are good."

Fridge was a little dirty on the seal and some grime in the bathroom

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"The host was very friendly and resourceful. Assisted with links and ideas for entertainment. Made himself available to attend to any issues we encountered."

Not much to o dislike. He could perhaps look improving the lawn in the garden

W czerwcu w pokoju na parterze gorąco (brak klimatyzacji), ale wentylator nieco pomógł.

"The amenities worked great .... water, light, shower, microwave etc. , compared to some other hotels in Freetown"

The room was a little small with not enough room to move around --

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

I liked everything about the accommodation and hospitality of the host.

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

"Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt w Lalibeli. Poczujesz się jak w domu. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny wraz ze swoją rodziną tworzą niesamowitą atmosferę. Jedzenie przepyszne, świeże przygotowywane na miejscu. Z noclegu wszędzie blisko ale jest cicho. Naprawdę miejsce wyjątkowe godne polecenia."

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room

Godziny pracy recepcji do 21:00 - bałem się, że jak lot się opóźni to nie odbiorę kluczy. Następny autobus był o 21:45. Brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci. Mało herbaty i kawy - nie jest dobrze wyposażona kuchnia jakbym tego oczekiwał. Śniadania powinny być urozmaicone - codziennie było to samo.

"Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool. Hotel is set back from the road, so nice And quite. good secure parking. Two great beaches nearby. Next door to a good supermarket. Freddie and staff very helpful"

Hard to fault.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

Nie nazwałabym tego że mi się nie podobało, lecz na jakikolwiek alkohol, nawet w restauracji nie ma co liczyć :)
