The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

The location and the staff around it!

"Widok z okien, lokalizacja, szeroki wybór śniadań, udogodnienia w pokoju (pralka, mikrofalówka, filtr wody), dużo przestrzeni w pokoju, dużo miejsca na ubrania, szafka w łazience, duże łóżka. Hotel przystosowany do dłuższych pobytów."

Kran umywalki (kran trudny do regulacji i zbierająca się woda na blacie), bardzo mało surowych warzyw na śniadaniu.

"Bardzo czysto. Całe niezbędne wyposażenie. Dobra relacja ceny do standardu."

Mieszkanie trochę daleko od portu i kasyna, trzeba wracać pod górkę i po schodach. Rano hałas (coś budują w okolicy). Był problem z telewizorem (chyba nie działał)

"Super apartamenty, dwie łazienki, ogromna przestronna sypialnia, basen codziennie był czyszczony. Bardzo mili i uprzejmie ludzie którzy doglądali porządku. Blisko do plaży."

brakowało niektórych przyrządów kuchennych np. łopatki żeby zrobić jajecznicę, Bark czajnika - wodę gotowaliśmy w garnku, meble ogrodowe przydało by się już wymienić bo zjada je rdza. Ulica przy plaży była tak ruchliwa jak autostrada, specjalnie wybrałam nocleg oddalony od miasta żeby był spokój ale niestety rozwój gospodarczy robi swoje... Dlatego jeśli szukasz spokojnej okolicy to nie w tym miejscu.

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

The host could improve his attitude a bit. I don’t know why but he seemed a bit grumpy to me.

Godziny pracy recepcji do 21:00 - bałem się, że jak lot się opóźni to nie odbiorę kluczy. Następny autobus był o 21:45. Brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci. Mało herbaty i kawy - nie jest dobrze wyposażona kuchnia jakbym tego oczekiwał. Śniadania powinny być urozmaicone - codziennie było to samo.

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and 1000 times better than the hotel we stayed in the night before for a similar price. It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"

"-Apartament składał się z kuchni z jadalnią, sypialni i łazienki. Do dyspozycji były naczynia i sprzęty kuchenne oraz lodówka. Okolica w rozbudowie, ale raczej bezpiecznie. Właścicielka była bardzo miła i przechowała nam bagaż przez dobę, gdy pojechaliśmy do innego miasta. Bardzo dziękujemy i polecamy."

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room
