"I’ve traveled 30s countries and by far this is one of the most wonderful heavenly home stay I ever had. We had an early check in with no extra fee and the host was super nice with us. The garden is absolutely stunning we all love it so much. Dogs and cats and birds around and all very friendly, we enjoy their accompany a lot. Breakfast is also a highlight, various choices, huge portion. I can not finish at all 😂 Also I’m very much a bon fire person. They lit up fire place everywhere in the house. I really adore that ❤️"

They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

Most of all, the owner and her staff were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. They shared many useful tips and left me with a lasting impression of genuine Samoan hospitality."

"The place is nicely decorated, very tidy and in a quiet safe area but little far from the sea. For people which like waliking like me is ok. Also can rent bike for free. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and you could also order some food for lunch at a good price. Manja is an excellent cook and prepares local specialties. Internet was mostly ok. The pool was clean and a very relaxing place to spend time."

Sometimes a problem with taxis. Some of them don't know this place. You have to negotiate the price which can be very diffrent. (from 100 to 500 dalasies).

"Great location in a quiet street very close to the airport. Airport pick up and drop off very easy. Comfortable spacious room with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean and good aircon. Very nice outdoor swimming pool and whole place in a gated secure compound. Basic continental breakfast that you help yourself to in the communal kitchen. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Recommended!"

Nothing - it was great. Just what we wanted.

"This guy gets it. This is what B&B felt like at its infancy, before it became a property business ROI machine. Here you have actual conversations and human atmosphere. Host is very friendly, joins for breakfast chat, and is a really wise and cool person, who is happy to talk tourist things, history, and life. Overall the place has 3 small rooms, with a huge shared central room, so it must be fun for friend groups. Amenities, location, and basics are fine. Furniture is amazing and well kept antics. Breakfast is basic but local and fresh. I traveled for business, but will come back with family. :)"

Właściciel załatwił taniego kierowcę , który poobwozil nas po okolicznych atrakcjach. Lokalizacja wyśmienita. Obok biuro podróży gdzie można kupić bilety do Labuan Bajo i do innych miast Flores. Nie było w opisie, że będziemy dzielić kuchnie i łazienkę z innymi osobami.

zbyt skromne śniadania. po opisie "śniadania wege kuchni indyjskiej" spodziewałam się czegoś ciekawszego niż bułki z serem i jakieś roślinne parówki. Dokładnie: 3 rodzaje pieczywa, 2 rodzaje sera, szynka jakaś roślinna, parówki roślinne, fasolka na ciepło, pomidor, ogórek, jogurty, kapsułki dżemików, miodów i nutelli, płatki z mlekiem dla dzieci, soki. Codziennie takie same śniadania.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"The kindness of Elen and John was above and beyond what you could ever expect . Elen made us an excellent dinner . She also let us keep our room through the next day so that we had somewhere to return to to shower after a day out ( our flight home was in the evening) . These are good people."

"We loved our time at Malcolm Lodge. It was perfectly located on such beautiful grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."

"Quiet peaceful cottage in the heart of the city - well connected by metro and bus routes and easily reachable by cab or auto. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
