"Czysto, cisza, lokalizacja. Wlasciciel stara się. Kiedy weszliśmy, w pokoju było zimno - barman zbagatelizował problem, natomiast właściciel bardzo szybko załatwił sprawę i szybko zrobiło się ciepło."

Niewygodny prysznic, ten plastik zaznaczony na zdjęciu utrudnia. Drzwi prysznica się nie domykają przez co w trakcie kąpieli wylewa się woda na podłogę łazienki.

"The entire staff is extremely friendly and very dedicated. Albin, the manager, is a true host who attends to every need and, as in our case, was very accommodating. The restaurant, with its small but excellent menu, serves delicious dishes of high quality."

The Kashmir vendors in the surrounding shops can be a bit annoying at times. The clattering of the boats isn't bothersome, but depending on the time of day, it can be somewhat loud.

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

Trzeba zachować ostrożność z uwagi na różnice poziomów posadzki w nieoczywistych miejscach - łazienka, klatka schodowa.

"Accommodations are simple but very comfortable. Nice swimming pool right out the hotel room door. Short walk to the water. We really enjoyed diving. My 18yr old son got PADI certified. They did an awesome job with him. Nassar was his instructor. He was awesome! Area was very safe."

No complaints. Please understand that tourism is severely impacted by the Gazan war. Many hotels and restaurants are closed and those that are open often are operating in a limited capacity. For example hotel restaurants might not operate at all. This affects all hotels. There were almost no tourists as of November 2025.

"Easy access to town in c 10 minutes, quiet location, fabulous mountain views with a great sheltered outside seating area. Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

Dojazd do parkingu niestety nie był odśnieżany a ponieważ dojazd do niego jest pod górę, w warunkach zimowych nie zawsze udawało się nam do parkingu dojechać.

Host is very friendly, joins for breakfast chat, and is a really wise and cool person, who is happy to talk tourist things, history, and life. Overall the place has 3 small rooms, with a huge shared central room, so it must be fun for friend groups. Amenities, location, and basics are fine. Furniture is amazing and well kept antics. Breakfast is basic but local and fresh. I traveled for business, but will come back with family. :)"

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

Bardzo ładny budynek z własnym obserwatorium astronomicznym! Właściciel jest pasjonatem astronomii. Piękna spokojna okolica, daleko od innych zabudowań i dróg. W nocy słychać wyłącznie zwierzęta. Mówiąc krótko, piękne miejsce daleko od cywilizacji, doskonałe dla każdego, kto chce się przez chwilę odseparować i wyciszyć"

"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

"Easy to reach from Ljubljana, yet outside in nature fir those preferring to detach from the city at least for a bit. Comfortably arranged room, with AC. And what was most important for us - also four legged family members accepted with a smile! We absolutely LOVED the individual garden entrance we had to our room, perfect for travelers like us - with kids & dogs. In other reviews people were complaining about the train. While train tracks indeed are behind the building, in the two days spent we did not hear any train… perhaps we slept so well or simply the line is not busy at all. I think we will come back 🙂"
