I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

"Generalnie rzecz biorąc nader przyjemny obiekt; choć wyposażenie samych pokojów jest dość rudymentarne, są one wcale przytulne. Wrażenie robi cichość, także wewnątrz pokoju jako takiego, co zawdzięczamy po części szczelnym oknom. Ujmująca jest pomocność gospodarzy, a przede wszystkim doskonała organizacja - słusznie pomyślano zawczasu, że część gości przyjedzie na festiwal operowy w Savonlinnie, i zorganizowano stosowny transport. Lista dostępnych atrakcji jest bardzo długa: kąpiel w nieodległym jeziorze, przejażdżka łodzią, grill, sauna, spacery po lesie itp."

Stylizacja na starą wieś fińską stylizacją, ale lekką przesadą wydaje mi się fakt, że jedyną ciepłą potrawą dostępną na śniadaniu była owsianka! Nie od rzeczy byłyby też owoce. Trochę za łatwo zapycha się toaleta, łazienka natomiast jest dość dziwnie wyprofilowana - podczas brania prysznica woda zamiast ściekać grzecznie do kratki odpływowej ma tendencję, by zalewać większość pomieszczenia. Ale to kwestie drugorzędne. Trzeba natomiast dodać nie tyle zastrzeżenie, co ostrzeżenie dla niezmotoryzowanych: radzę zadbać zawczasu o logistykę, by nie żalić się potem na ukryte koszta. Taksówka z Savonlinny (na transport publiczny tu nie liczmy) to wydatek prawie 50 euro, a do najbliższego sklepu jest wiele kilometrów.

"I’ve traveled 30s countries and by far this is one of the most wonderful heavenly home stay I ever had. We had an early check in with no extra fee and the host was super nice with us. The garden is absolutely stunning we all love it so much. Dogs and cats and birds around and all very friendly, we enjoy their accompany a lot. Breakfast is also a highlight, various choices, huge portion. I can not finish at all 😂 Also I’m very much a bon fire person. They lit up fire place everywhere in the house. I really adore that ❤️"

"This guy gets it. This is what B&B felt like at its infancy, before it became a property business ROI machine. Here you have actual conversations and human atmosphere. Host is very friendly, joins for breakfast chat, and is a really wise and cool person, who is happy to talk tourist things, history, and life. Overall the place has 3 small rooms, with a huge shared central room, so it must be fun for friend groups. Amenities, location, and basics are fine. Furniture is amazing and well kept antics. Breakfast is basic but local and fresh. I traveled for business, but will come back with family. :)"

"Rzadko wystawiam oceny, ale tym razem niemal się zakochałam w miejscu, apartamencie i samym właścicielu. Wszystko było naprawdę doskonałe! Shangri-la ma niesamowity niepowtarzalny klimat, uliczki, place, bramy, świątynie i cuda natury. Apartament pachnący świeżością, przestronny i bardzo gustownie urządzony. A gospodarz uroczy, uprzejmy, uczynny i doskonale mówiący po angielsku. Kropką nad „i” był świetny samochód, którym Pan Lee odebrał nas z lotniska, a potem zawiózł na wycieczkę do wąwozu skaczącego tygrysa. Serdecznie dziękujemy!!!"

Host speaks only French and is rather unheplful, however I might got such impression because of language barrier ;)

The room is not well ventilated and a bit stuffy in hot day.

"We loved our time at Malcolm Lodge. It was perfectly located on such beautiful grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."

"Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy."

"Located five minutes from the Jesuit ruins, the Posada Maria is a good base for exploring the region. The hotel is very clean and modern and has everything you need for a short stay. The pool is great to cool off on the warm summer days and the breakfast is amazing, a true continental one with delicious bread (hard to come by in South America) and a good variation of products. We had dinner here as well, which was super good as well. German kitchen, but refreshing after our month travelling around! Staff is very kind and friendly and can give tips and advice! When the rain started dripping through the roof into our room, we immediately got another one. Very smooth!"

"Easy access to town in c 10 minutes, quiet location, fabulous mountain views with a great sheltered outside seating area. Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

"This was a surprisingly quiet, super well maintained accommodation on the outskirts of Lira. A great stopover spot on the way to/from Kidepo NP with a beautiful tranquil garden in which you can enjoy breakfast."

The smaller cabins are a little tightly packed together, but not an issue unless you're on honeymoon 🤗

"Najczystszy hotel na świecie. Wszystko lśniło i pachniało świeżością. Śniadania przepyszne i pięknie podane. Kawa , herbata , woda do dyspozycji cały czas. Wspaniali właściciele i załoga. "The host, Andrae was super friendly and helpful, I was able to check in a bit late, he also organised an early morning taxi for me to get to the airport. The location is great, right in the middle of Philipsburg and just minutes walk from the beach. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Price was excellent."

Room and amenities are simple, but for this price and location you can't complain.

"We stayed 2 weeks at Finca Sagrada and we had a fantastic time. The owners and the stuff are all very lovely. The Bungalow was clean and had an amazing few on both Vulcanos. They fixed the street up to their place and it is easy acssesable now. Also they offer very nice homegrew/brew coffee. If u like animals, wide views and fresh mountain air we totally recommend their place. Thank you guys again for everything :)"
