The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

- Brak ogrzewania, a klimatyzacja nie dawała rady przy tym, że na zewnątrz były -3 stopnie i czuć było zimno od strony okien

"Lokalizacja znakomita, wszędzie blisko, dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Pan Fernando, menedżer obiektu, był bardzo zaangażowany, by pomóc nam zorganizować zwiedzanie wyspy. Zresztą wszyscy pracownicy hotelu byli niezwykle uprzejmi i pomocni. Z chęcią wybiorę ten sam hotel, jeśli znów będę na Sao Tome."

Po zdrowotnych przygodach taki mały gest był dużym prezentem. Wykrochmalone pościele, ciepły pokój a ponadto widok na góry. Śniadanie idealne, a miejsce samo w sobie bardzo przytulne. "Awesome host. I couldn’t believe the photos from the previous reviews but it’s true, all the photos you see are truly about a 10 step walk from the bedrooms. Simple, but incredible place to stay. The host will make sure you’re well looked after, help you with the tours/ self guided tours nearby and is very helpful with transport knowledge. We loved this place! I will say, if you’re vegan or veggie it’s hard to find food nearby, so maybe ask the host in advance if you can cook some simple food. They let us cook noodles ❤️❤️"

"The owner was phenomenal! Very accommodating and friendly. In a walkable area to town and beach. Nice pool. Close to great restaurants."

No coffee or hair dryer.

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

Parking nie był przy samej lokalizacji, ale trochę oddalony

"Renate is a perfect and really nice person. She was really kind and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely perfect too. The Alpe-Adria Trail is goes exactly in front of the door."

There wasn't anything. Not a new pansio but it is absolutely perfect.

Would have liked a bar fridge in room bit of a pain going to communal kitchen for drinks.
