"Good fresh room. Nice staff. Good location in Volcan a bit off the main road. But on walkable distance from it and from the restaurants and stores."

If you would have a shared kitchen with a shared fridge and a terrass to be able to sit in, it would if course have been better. Also good if the stuff could give att least 1 advice about activities even if you also could find it on internet by yourself.

Wieczorami hałas z sąsiednich restauracji i barów, ale późnym wieczorem zanika. Ciasna klatka schodowa, by wejść z walizką na górę.

"Beautiful accommodation just outside Jacó. Our room was very spacious, though a bit simply furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and we had both air conditioning and a fridge. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There are also three pools where you can cool off a bit. The owner is incredibly friendly — it was very quiet during our stay, so he even let us keep our luggage in the room well past checkout time. Thank you so much! We would definitely come back."

We ended up with a slightly darker room, but we could have switched if we had wanted to. It really wasn’t a big deal at all — more of a tiny, high‑level remark than anything else.

Filtered coffee and tea are always available. The hotel also has a fully equipped small kitchen where I and Janlav, a very friendly guy I met there, were able to cook fresh horse meat and try it for the first time. I had an amazing experience staying here."

What I notice first is how the hotel staff treats customers and how diligently they go to help them with any of their enquiries. When their service is so excellent, I overlook some minor flaws in the hotel facilities.
