There wasn't anything. Not a new pansio but it is absolutely perfect.

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

"Lokalizacja znakomita, wszędzie blisko, dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Pan Fernando, menedżer obiektu, był bardzo zaangażowany, by pomóc nam zorganizować zwiedzanie wyspy. "I'm traveling since last fifteen years and stayed in many countries, places and met nice people around. This host is unique and she is super helpful when I asked for help like my son went sick amdnshe called the doctor for appointment and also she sent me a delivery of what I missed when I checked out the apartment. Coming to the facilities, it is a great place to stay with family and near the nature. We are fortunate that the walk was nice nearby and kitchen has everything you want to make. Overall, nearby highway and I strongly recommend."

Szkoda ,że śniadań nie ma już w hotelu ,jedynie w restauracji obok. Śniadania nie są złe, jednak są to zestawy i jest się zmuszonym na to co w nim jest.

Poranny posiłek nazywany śniadaniem był bardzo słaby, bardzo.

"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

I liked everything

"The hotel is conviniently located next to the Hashimoto train station. A really convinent stay if you are planning to visit koyasan withoit having to go back to namba station. In addition the town is quiet and calm. The room is spacious and comfortable. Will come back to stay in this room if we are coming back to japan."

As in a lot of places the wifi sometimes doesn't work but that is not specifically for this place though. I blame Africell 😊

Niestety widok z pokoju był na taras więc zasłony musiały być ciągle zasłonięte aby nikt nie zaglądał do pokoju co było uciążliwe. Nie polecam pokoju nr.3

"The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"Awesome host. I couldn’t believe the photos from the previous reviews but it’s true, all the photos you see are truly about a 10 step walk from the bedrooms. Simple, but incredible place to stay. The host will make sure you’re well looked after, help you with the tours/ self guided tours nearby and is very helpful with transport knowledge. We loved this place! I will say, if you’re vegan or veggie it’s hard to find food nearby, so maybe ask the host in advance if you can cook some simple food. They let us cook noodles ❤️❤️"
