"We stayed 3 nights at Silvana Mountain Hotel and it was truly incredible. A unique mountain experience in a wonderful location with spectacular views. The restaurant offers an authentic Swiss atmosphere with unique details, and every meal was absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, making us feel welcome at every moment. The spa was a fantastic bonus to our stay – a charming and relaxing space that made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Swiss Alps"

"The hotel is amazing and we would go back any time! The owners picked us up from the train station and explained a bit about the town. They were always checking if we needed anything, but they weren't pushy or intrusive. The hotel is as clean and lovely as it gets. The SPA is beautiful, we were the only ones there so the experience was even better. Overall we would recommend it to everyone looking for a premium cosy stay."

"This was one of my favourite hotels I've stayed in. The staff were so friendly, the spa facilities excellent, breakfast wonderful, lovely playground for our two children, and our room was perfect. We loved the location in the forests above Zermatt and decided to have a quiet day enjoying the surrounding area and hotel because it was so lovely. Would love to have stayed for longer."

"Your experience begins when you take a gondola up the mountain to get to the hotel. It's a bit of a hike, but well worth it as you come up to a beautiful hotel. The main entrance, rooms and especially the pool and spa facilities are out of this world. What tops it all is that the owner is very friendly and personable, and it was such a blessing to meet him. This is one place where I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Loved it so much we extended our stay."
