"The owners were very kind and understanding. After we mentioned the problems, they covered one night of hot tub use and also the cost of the axe, which we really appreciated. The owners even prepared a sweet surprise for us at a pastry shop. The cabin was nice overall (though one attic room had no door). Thanks to the owners’ attitude, the stay ended on a positive note."
