"Amazing location directly on the beach and close to the Molo di Alassio and main restaurants and shops. Mr Egidio the owner, Anna and all the staff created such a caring and friendly environment, always attentive and genuinely welcoming. The apartment was super clean and equipped with all what needed."

"I paid 160 for 1 night 2 adults for air conditioned room with toiletries, towels, and heavy breakfast is included which was served downstairs from 8-10am with variety of foods like different kinds of bread, ham, cereals, coffee, milk, focaccia, juice, water, etc., just 3-5 min walk to the beach (450 meters) and center…. Though they don’t have a private parking area, there’s a place nearby where you can park for free as we did….i definitely highly recommend it to those who are looking for a simple place to stay with breakfast included….. but not for those who are looking for a fancy place"
