Pozytywny aspekt:

"the front office staff were friendly and helpful, the house keeping attendents were also friendly and helpful, the Cafe' 411 staff were also friendly and helpful - great customer service and the food was delicious. my wife and i enjoyed our stay and our kids also loved the place and our stay. we are planning to do more long weekend stays on our next visits to Lae."

"i cannot think of anything at the moment - so far our whole 2 days/nights at the hotel was adventurous and wonderful. it was worth staying in Hotel Morobe than Lae International Hotel."

"the breakfast was nice - the staff were friendly and very helpful. so overall it was a nice and lovely experience for me and my wife and kids. thanks to the staff again for their friendly service"

Negatywny aspekt:

"even though the breakfast was nice - i reckon that it would have been better if there was an outdoor place to have our meals (natural light & fresh air) like the Cafe' 411. otherwise overall it was a nice experience."
