Pozytywny aspekt:
"Great location near the airport, but a bit far from the volcano. Great infrastructure, with pool and restaurant with great food. Staff always happy."
Negatywny aspekt:
"Had problems with bedbug, but the staff helped with that. Asked for help with a fee we paid at the volcano, but besides saying they would help me with a refund, nobody did."

Pozytywny aspekt:
"Property is nice and has its beautiful corners. well located, just 3-5 minutes drive from airport and hotel provided pick up and drop off services helped to arrange the tours which made it more convenient"
Negatywny aspekt:
"It has nothing to do with the hotel, but its an island, too many flies and mosquitoes... couldnt stay too long outside to enjoy the facilities without getting bothered"
