"Most wonderful place! I feels like traveling back in time. The place has a big, well kept garden with great views over the mountains. The staff is outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The Manager was taking good care of me, showing me the surroundings a visited the tea factory with me. Very nice person! Also the cook was great. I will definately come back!"

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

I was lost because of the GPS. If you need to get there just write down in Google maps "Hacienda Santo domingo" San Lucas Sacatepequez.

"Peaceful riverside haven with a shaded terrace and deck opposite the cliffside Lycian tombs, which are lit up at night. The perfect place to relax. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Our obliging host arranged a trip down stream to the beach on the public boat, which picked us up at our landing. On site parking a bonus."

Being low season, the property was not fully staffed, this reflected a little on the general upkeep of the common areas.

No fault of property but local drains were smelling. Would benefit from a washing machine.

Troszkę małe wyposażenie kuchni. Na śniadania i kolację ok.

"Przepięknie położone miejsce! Na zboczu góry, przy szlaku do górnej części wodospadu Kpime. Ważne: aby się dostać musisz przy wjeździe na szlak zakupić bilet uprawniający do zwiedzania wodospadu, przewodnik nie jest konieczny, jeśli posiadasz podstawowe umiejętności orientacji w terenie/ mapie- z miejsca Karima prowadzi ścieżka. Piękne widoki, wspaniale utrzymana, pełna roślinności przestrzeń. Karim jest wspaniałym gospodarzem, który wkłada wiele serca w swoje miejsce. Możesz tu kupić naturalne przyprawy, kawę, kakao, prosto "z ogródka". Możesz zamówić śniadanie/ kolację. Warunki trampingowe, idealne dla backpakerów, woda z ujęcia. Musisz mieć świadomość, że nocujesz w środku dżungli. Możesz spać w chatce lub na podwyższonej platformie ( na materacu lub hamaku). Genialna sprawa!"

"Suzy and the other lovely staff spoke good English, helped us book a river cruise and provided other very useful information during our stay. The pricing was very fair, and the location is much better than staying in Yangshuo near West Street. The Chinese breakfast was 25 RMB per person and tasted great, and came with freshly squeezed, sweet tangerine juice! We didn't find it until the last day but there was a water dispenser on the ground floor."

There was a bit of noise from construction/repairs and tree maintenance, but it was only during the day so we mostly missed it, and it was temporary anyway.

Obiekt jest na samym końcu wsi i GPS prowadzi przez strome szutrowe drogi . Trzeba ignorować Google maps i trzymać się głównych dróg .

The breakfast could be a bit better

"The Eco Guest House is located in the owners estate. The chalet type accommodation had the living area and bathroom downstairs whilst the upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds. The setting is absolutely wonderful for nature lovers. We did a bird touring with Wendy(the host) which was great and without her we wouldn't have spotted many of the birds. The balconies are great to sit and relax in and enjoy the bird life."

"What an amazing place to stay. the house is beautiful and well decorated. The pool is amazing and made our holiday. The beds were very comfortable. The showers and bath were also very good. Plenty of cooking utensils and glasses and plates etc."

The meter for the air conditioning was a bit annoying but once I'd got enough coins ok.
