"Poziom obsługi od momentu przyjazdu i przywitania przez personel w niesamowicie przyjemnym lobby. Od wejścia odczuwa się, iż hotel należy do dobrej grupy hotelowej, w której utrzymywany jest są wysoki poziom. Pokoje bardzo przyjemnie urządzone, z balkonem i częściowym lub pełnym widokiem na ocean. Restauracja hotelowa i jakość posiłków na bardzo wysokim poziomie kulinarnym. Ogromna różnorodność serwowanych dań każdego dnia, ale przede wszystkim fakt, iż smakują wyśmienicie stawia na bardzo wysokim poziomie hotel. "Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

"Spacious ,well equipped ,large balcony with barbecue. 3 restaurants and supermarket within 5 min walk.small but beautifully presented pool with sunbeds and sun shades"

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

Niepodobało mi się to że gdy przyjeżdżasz na weekend to możesz korzystać tylko z 1 restauracji a nie ze wszystkich uważam że to jest niestosowne .A i jeszcze jedno że w pokoju jest brak czajnika .Basen ładny ale woda bardzo zimna

"Bardzo fajna okolica nad rzeką , blisko wejścia na różne szlaki Gór Przeklętych , ale też blisko większej miejscowości Gusinje gdzie można zrobić zakupy i coś zjeść ( udało nam się np. kupić pieczywo prosto z piekarni o 6.00). Domki kampingowe duże i nowoczesne. Świetna, niedroga restauracja ."

Niestety w domkach kampingowych nie było np. lodówki i np. czajnika czy parę naczyń żeby można sobie choć herbatę zaparzyć. Jest to o tyle istotne ,że restauracja gdzie można zjeść śniadanie jest otwarta dopiero od 8.00 , a latem trzeba wyjść na szlak znacznie wcześniej. Na szczęści a pan z restauracji dał nam turystyczną kuchenkę gazową dzięki której można było sobie zaparzyć rano herbatę .

Raczej nie na czas od lipca do września. Bardzo wietrznie i częściej pochmurnie niż na północno zachodniej stronie.

"The stay at Scrub Island was amazing. The hotel is super comfortable, the bed was great, and the rooms are big and clean. The employees were super helpful.l, especially the manager, Raj, willing to walk the extra mile to help us."

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。
