"La struttura è a dir poco favolosa, immersa nella natura. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti ma avrei fatto volentieri una settimana. L'appartamento molto grande, con un corridoio che affacciava sulla strada; dalla finestra della camera si vedeva il fiume. Ampio spazio per parcheggio ed inoltre l'host è una persona eccezionale che ha saputo anche consigliarci cosa visitare e dove poter mangiare bene e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative. "Fabrice was an awesome host and staying at the house felt very authentic. As for all of Raiatea, it is important to know that you should rent a car as otherwise you would not be able to really enjoy the island. Since the house does not have walls or air conditioning, of course, there are mosquitoes and it can get very hot during the day. But this is clearly laid out in the description of the accommodation and I would consider this being part of the experience. There are multiple fans in the house. Make sure to bring and put insect repellent."

The army of roosters in the neighborhood holding their nightly crowing competition from 1 am to 5 am :-) Earplugs or noise canceling headphones are highly recommended.

"This is a gorgeous hotel and location, not far from Caronado and Caracol Beaches. With a 15 minute drive to the shops and highway. I was greeted on the first day as soon as I arrived and shown to my room. There is a lovely swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen. The first night a family was having a party and invited me to join them, there was also an older couple, everyone was very friendly and respectful."

The first night I was a bit tired and just as I was going to sleep other guest were playing a game that kept me awake. That being said it was early in the night. Everything was quiet by 11:30pm. The room did have a weird smell, a mothball sort of smell, which is not something I like, others may be ok with. The wall were also thin as you could hear other conversations.

I was lost because of the GPS. If you need to get there just write down in Google maps "Hacienda Santo domingo" San Lucas Sacatepequez.

Bardzo różny standard pokojów w tej samej cenie (wynajmowaliśmy dwa). Recepcja czynna jedynie do 19 (może nie doczytaliśmy na stronie), potem możliwość 'self checkin' (to na plus)

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"Service was exceptionally good. We miscommunicated with our driver and he waited at the wrong town. Front desk lady patiently help call for cab drivers. Many cab drivers were not available last min but she never give up helping us to make calls. We love the place, serene n beautiful. We stayed in the balcony room n it’s spacious with a big hot spring tub. My kids had a great time making diy chocolate and feeding fishes at their pond."

"The room we stayed in was very spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the accommodation was clean and modern. There were also a lot of facilities available in the garden, like a grill and outdoor seating, which we did not get to use because of our short stay. Additionally, the owners were very friendly."

It is a little bit away from the town, but that is no problem if you have a car, which you can park for free at the property.

"The villa was beautiful with great views and the location is super quiet in the middle of the jungle. If you do not have your own car there is an option of taxis arranged by the hotel staff to take you to town. The staff were amazing, booked all our tours which you will get cheaper than when booking with tour companies and the guides were great. Beds were also super comfortable."

"The room is huge, sunny and peaceful. Everything was very clean, comfortable bed. Best shower we have had in Nepal. Hari is wonderful, friendly and will help with anything you need. The balcony area is lovely. We stayed over a week here, its our favourite place in Pokhara!"
