"Duże i wygodne łóżko. Duży i bardzo czysty pokój. Miła obsługa."

Zlew był ładny, zrobiony z muszli, ale przez to mało praktyczny. Do tego był bardzo nisko, więc osobie średniego wzrostu trudno się z niego korzystało.

"Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, dostęp do basenu w hotelu obok i darmowe drinki wieczorem. Możliwość wykupienia w hotelu obok dobrych śniadań w przyzwoitej cenie. Gospodarz William bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Dobra lokalizacja."

Za tak niską cenę nie można na nic narzekać.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. Está ubicado justo frente a la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares sin tener que moverme demasiado. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

"Fajny klimatyczny, chociaż mieliśmy pokój na samej górze ze skośnym sufitem i prawie cały czas trzeba było uważać na głowę. Ale klimat miejsca bardzo pozytywny, na dole jest knajpka."

Klimatyzacja - tylko w sypialni, bardzo ciężko było utrzymać odpowiednią temperaturę. W salonie, kuchni i drugiej sypialni było bardzo gorąco Ręczniki plażowe brudne.

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"Cicha i spokojna okolica, idealne miejsce żeby się zrelaksować. Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum wyspy. Wyśmienite śniadanie, cudowna obsługa. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Polecam!"

A proper shower would be nice. And a garden tap would be useful.

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

"Świetna lokalizacja, czysty pokój i łazienka, miły pomocny personel, polecam ☺️ Na kilkudniowy pobyt można zaopatrzyć aneks w kawę do ekspresu, który był do dyspozycji. Kawa bardzo smaczna, ale tylko jeden dzień."

"Все сподобалося! Місце розташування - далеко від шуму міста. Будиночки розташовани на достатній відстані один від одного, тому сусідів також не чути. Їжа - смачні сніданки і можливість замовити обід/вечерю прямо в будиночок. Затишок - камін і чан ❤️"

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.
