Very well located, the staff is super nice, the design has charm and style, the breakfast is great with great handmade products, the room is nice, quiet, perfectly clean, comfortable and gently bathed in sunlight during the day. "Great location, close to the center. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, big thanks to the clerk who recommended several must-do activities. The breakfast is also nice with local/fresh produce. Generally a very good experience- highly recommended."

"The room was clean and spacious. Lovely high ceilings and large window. The desk was useful and the wifi worked well. Greeting at reception was friendly. Hot and cold drinks and cake available all day but i was not there long enough to take them up on this but it is a valuable amenity."
"Only one pillow on the double bed and no headboard was uncomfortable. The eggs were overcooked and burnt at the bottome. The coffee machine did not seem to be working (not possible to get cafe au lait). Banana cookies were burnt and chewy. Cakes, meat and cheese looked good. Satsuma and croissant were nice."

"Extremely convenient for the Christmas markets. I could go out and gather all the food and take it back into the room to enjoy with the view of the cathedral and watch the crowds from a distance. Easily went in and out 3x times in a single day. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were all very kind and friendly!"

"Nie spodobało mi się to,że przed upływem terminu darmowego anulowania rezerwacji została założona blokada na mojej karcie. Ale będąc już we Francji nie zdenerwowało mnie to wielce bo i tak miałem skorzystać z tej rezerwacji. Zdenerwowałem się na miejscu gdy dowiedziałem się,że oprócz owej blokady muszę zapłacić za całość rezerwacji. Owa blokada wynosiła 605 euro za 1 noc/2 pokoje/4 osoby+dziecko. Czyli zablokowano mi ponad 600 euro bez potrzeby. Gdy upomniałem się o ową blokadę powiedziano mi,że zostanie ona natychmiastowo zwrócona na moją kartę. Oczywiście tak się nie stało. Moje pieniądze zostały zwrócone po 14 dniach od opuszczenia hotelu i interwencji booking.com. Szacunek dla nich bo powiedzieli,że jeżeli sytuacja się nie wyjaśni to oni zwrócą mi ową kaucję."

"Monsieur was very cool, and made us feel at home immediately. He has a takeaway pizza place adjacent to the hotel, which was fortunate as most restaurants were closed (end October). We were able to leave our bikes in a safe spot inside the hotel. Thank you!"
