"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "Hotel położony w centrum miasta, blisko do dworca kolejowego oraz innych atrakcji. Wifi działało bardzo dobrze. Duży plus za czajnik oraz lodówkę w pokoju. Sam pokój oraz łazienka idealnie czyste (Oczywiście z klimatyzacją). Śniadanie było smaczne, w formie bufetu. Personel bardzo miły."

Mały minus za brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem (choć w tropikach to chyba nie jest standard).

"Lokalizacja rewelacyjna.. przy samej plazy( z leżakami) i dwóch innych małych uroczych plażach..Obok miasteczka pełnego restauracji i barów..Na Martynice trudno znaleźć hotel w podobnej lokalizacji..wygodne łóżko.. codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników..dobre sniadania( 18 euro) mimo , że codziennie to samo..dobre wifi..czysta plaża.. codziennie sprzątana.."

To na pewno nie hotel 4 gwiazdkowy.. Max europejskie 3 gwiazdki..obiekt stary, wymagający remontu..skromne pokoje . Prysznic w łazience kiepsko działający.. Personel- niektórzy mili , niektórzy wręcz przeciwnie..nikt tu się do gości nie uśmiecha.cena za proponowany standart bbb wysoka.. na plaży stare łóżka ze starymi materacami..

Psy bez kontroli na plaży. Śniadanie mało różnorodne.

Intensywny zapach nikotyny w pokoju. Na naszą prośbę personel zmienił nam pokój na taki, w którym zapach nikotyny nie był tak dokuczliwy.

Mattress is not comfortable.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

The pool was often closed to guests

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Excellent location near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings. Good price-to-quality ratio, offering a budget-friendly stay."

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.
