this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. To na pewno nie hotel 4 gwiazdkowy.. Max europejskie 3 gwiazdki..obiekt stary, wymagający remontu..skromne pokoje . Prysznic w łazience kiepsko działający.. Personel- niektórzy mili , niektórzy wręcz przeciwnie..nikt tu się do gości nie uśmiecha.cena za proponowany standart bbb wysoka.. na plaży stare łóżka ze starymi materacami..

Łazienki mogłyby być odświeżone. Kuchnia była i nawet palniki, ale kompletny brak wyposażenia, więc nie dało się nic w niej przygotować. Nawet sztućców nie było.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

Trafiłam na dość dziwnie zaprojektowany pokój - klubowy? Dla par? Kąpanie się z widokiem na miasto (i miasta widokiem na mnie) było nieco niekomfortowe.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.
