9Hotel Opera

"Free upgrade, friendly staff, very comfortable bed and convenient location"

"Clean & spacious room, everything that you need is present. Definitely value for money."

"Walls are a bit thinner, which sometimes leads up to hearing people next door quite well; but overall this was a minor detail."

"Accommodating staff,.clean, aesthetically pretty good. Place to work in the lobby was very nice."

"When I got to breakfast a lot was missing and some was.replaced but only after some time (when I had eaten other less good stuff!)"

"The location of the hotel was spot on.The staff were very helpful, friendly & courteous."

"All good"

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we had an issue with the air conditioning that was never resolved. We called the reception twice and also went downstairs to speak with them in person. Each time, we were told that the air conditioning could not be set above 25°C, but this did not make sense, as the air coming out was not warm even at that setting and the room remained cold. Additionally, we felt the hotel was a bit expensive for the facilities provided. The room is not very large, and for the price, we expected more."
