"Accomodation 10 out of 10, wifi excellent, extremely kind hosts. If we did not already book next accomodation, we definitely would stay there for at least 2 nights, simply beautiful. Big thank you to hosts that put effort to make this stay so enjoyable, it will stay in our minds for long time."

"During our stay, the host Jean Pierre was living in the small attached building. He is exceptionally kind and welcoming and will give you hiking tours, start a large bon fire or let you chop some extra fire wood and probably help you out with anything else that would come to mind. The area is super quiet and remote and you have some pretty hikes directly from the Chalet. The quietness in winter when no one speaks is itself an experience to city people like us. Despite it's serene remoteness the main necessities such as bakery, fromagerie and a larger super market are only a short drive away. We've been here with a group of 9 people and all had decent mattresses. It's the perfect place for a calm hideaway. Also, we got surprised by about 30cm of snow over night and though we made it out fine on just winter tires, you would be better off with snow chains in the winter season."

"Large property with plenty of room. There is plenty of outdoor space and excellent parking.. Great location for visiting all the landing beaches and memorials. Easy walking to all beaches. Good restaurants are not far away. Excellent communication from owner and cleaning management company that included what was going on itinerary.. Wi fi was good, which is always a bonus. Liked the electric shutter on the window, and it stopped noise and light with a comfy bed great night sleep..would definitely use again."

The room was fantastically clean and spacious, the location fantastic (right between the 2 city centres, easily accessible, etc) Downstairs is a desk with lots of information brochures for costumers. I met the cleaning lady twice. She was very friendly and helpful. The owner was very accommodating with my request to store my luggage before check in and after checking out. The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but I still slept very well in it."
