"Superbe chalets dans les bois - Nous y avons séjourné en Septembre donc pas pu profiter de la piscine, mais magnifique emplacement à l'ombre. Ce doit être superbe en été ! Dans notre cas, les températures étaient basses, mais le chauffage avait été mis avant notre arrivé. Très belle attention"

"Une véritable surprise nichée dans un coin de verdure ! Notre logement était comme une cabane, mais avec tout le confort d'une vrai maison et du mobilier de qualité. Très fonctionnel et avec une terrasse couverte magnifique pour prendre l'apéro ou le petit-déjeuner. Le tout bien installé entre les arbres. Il ya a également une très belle piscine sans chlore, très agréable. L'accueil est très sympathique ! Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit car de passage sur la route, mais le repos était excellent !"

"The apartment is centrally located in a quiet area. Clean, well-equipped, practical apartment. Central Beach is a 5-minute walk and Bonporteau Beach is a 10-minute walk. Clean, well-equipped, practical apartment. There are many restaurants and pastry shops. The owner of the apartment is very nice. I can only recommend it."
"Two storey cottage in host's garden, restored. Large bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and large living area on ground floor, with comprehensive kitchen equipment. We cooked every evening, as it was a 15 minute walk to the town centre, and the local buses, though free in Niort for everyone including visitors, and we were close to the bus stops, they stop running at 20.00. The swimming pool was a bonus, as the weather became very hot, and we ate in the garden. A friendly cat enhanced our peaceful visit. Although garden is shared, there are separate areas for sitting and dining. The extremely friendly and helpful host lives on the property in their own house. He offered, and then drove us to Niort railway station. Very kind."

"Location in full city centre is optimal for exploring Aix. South side orientation ensures brightness - and though outside temps reached 24°C the apartment was not heating up (April visit). Also the fact that the apartment is not facing the street side. Good space for 3 adults, given most of the activities happen outside anyways."
