"Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko Sanktuarium i Groty (5 minut spacerkiem). Obiekt jest bardzo czysty i zadbany. Cały personel hotelu bardzo profesjonalny, uprzejmy i niezwykle życzliwy, od recepcji, po restaurację, bar, i osoby sprzątające. Śniadanie - typowy kontynentalny bufet. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Podczas naszego pobytu była możliwość kupienia obiadu i kolacji. Polecam hotel!"

"We came from Canada and did not get the shuttle bus service from Airport, and we waited 1.5 hours for shuttle bus and found out no more shuttle bus after 9 on Sundays. Then we got the taxi for 80 euro, way too expensive and we could not join the parade at Louders church as we were very late, really disappointed. The purpose we came for this but could not do it."

"Beautiful building hosted by amazing people. You can meet with great people in the breakfast :) super close to Metro so it would take 20-25 minutes to go to Lille. We stayed for the Paris-Roubaix Challenge and it was easy to reach the velodrome by bike."
