"Lovely and comfortable hotel in an excellent location, close to the metro and within walking distance of many places. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The bed is large and comfortable, with effective blackout curtains. The room is of a high standard, and the shower is great. There is a good, fast elevator and we never had to wait. We will be happy to return to this hotel on our next visit to Paris"

"The fitness room/ gym was a treadmill and very old bike in a corridor with a curtain. The spa/ wellness centre was not really accessible unless you booked a treatment. The staff in the restaurant were slightly rude and not not friendly."

"We were upgraded to a suite, which was a fantastic surprise. The room was very spacious and we really enjoyed that luxury. The shower was amazing, with Occitane products. The bedding was luxurious and the space was clean. We found a lot a good places to eat dinner nearby on the boulevard montparnasse."

"It was often quite cold. We had to turn up the temperature in the bedroom as there was no coverlet over the duvet. We would have appreciated some cream with our coffee. Also, some of our items weren't replenished, eg the coffee pods and a towel. We didn't try the breakfast as it's overpriced. There are nice places for breakfast around Saint Placide"

"Location. Classy and chic hotel. Elevator access for upper floors. Cozy lobby where you can get a drink or coffee. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Had everything we could need. Staff were excellent. Always smiling and ready to help. Special mention for Charles and Phillipine."
