"Otwarte cała dobę. Bardzo miła obsługa, pokój z łazienką w dobrej cenie, świetne i bardzo wygodne łóżko, pachnące ręczniki i pościel. Lokalizacja 5min od metro położenie dosłownie 3 stacje metra od dworca Saint Charles gdzie znajduje się pociąg, autobus, metro, taxi. Polecam!"

"Given the current average rating of 4.4, I was preparing myself for the worst, but it turned out that this hotel is not as bad as I anticipated. The bathroom was clean, spacious and modern, the bed had a very cozy mattress. There was a small glass table with a TV over it. I initially booked a single room, but the room where I was assigned can fit 3 people. I could imagine, the rooms for 6+ people are the reason for that low rating"

"Walls and doors felt like they were made out of cardboard - almost every movement and action behind them could be heard, I was startled once when thought that someone was unlocking my door - it was the next door in reality; I was lucky my neighbors were quiet at night. Didn't see any AC - might be a problem during the summer. There was a heater, though couldn't find how to control it - it was getting chilly - and it was the reason why I lacked a blanket, only a thin sheet was at my disposal. I also lacked a basic fridge, had to put perishable products out of the window so they don't spoil by the morning, but you obviously can't do that in the summer. The receptionists also ask you to leave and pick up the key every time you go in or out of the building, it was a bit annoying, but didn't matter overall"

"The location was perfect. My room was 100% clean. The owner is absolutely friendly.It was that of a good time spent in that hotel, that I decided to take one more night. I absolutely recommand Hotel Sylvabelle 100%."
