"We visited in mid May and it was unseasonably cold. We needed the heating on but reception told us this wasn’t possible. However the receptionist very helpfully provided a very effective portable fan heater. An impressive customer focussed response to a problem!"

"The pool area could do with some love. I know it's outside, but it has the cover over so will never warm up. It seems to just be an area for cigarette breaks which is a shame. The reception always seemed to be under staffed with only 1 person on at a time, so we always had to wait quite a long time to check in / out. Staff were airways friendly though."
