"Ben, the reception staff was very kind, polite and helpful. We felt very welcome. Ben allow us to drop our luggage as our rooms were not ready. When the room was ready, he notified us. Early check in is possible if there is available room. 5 mins walk to Metro Grands Boulevards. The bed was comfortable Wifi was good. "Pretty small rooms and bathroom but was alright for me as I spent most of the time outside anyways. Very minimal items in the room, no kettle or fridge etc, but more than welcome to use them in the shared space in the lobby. The location was brilliant, so close to everything I wanted to see, lots of food choices around as well. The staff were always friendly and helpful"
