La maison Malabar

"We stayed at Maison Malabar mid August 2025 for 4 nights. Joel and Natalie are the most wonderful and helpful hosts. The town was so quiet at night it was so peaceful and relaxing. They booked us dinner at their suggested restaurants in the evenings and the venues were perfect. The room we stayed was simply out of this world. It was curated with wonderful furniture and the house has many original artworks that Natalie painted itself. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it served at a time they asked whether it was convenient to us that We had great fun using Google translate with Joel and Natalie but were staying to look at property to buy. Natalie spent considerable time handwriting in English some super notes and tips for buying property in France - it really touched me that she spent the time to do it! We will definitely be back"

"An exceptionally high quality bed and breakfast. The room is enormous and finished to a very high standard. The house itself is spacious and beautiful and has some interesting history which the owners will explain. The breakfast is excellent. There are few outstanding hotels or bed and breakfasts in this part of France - this is one of them!"

"Meget søde værter der serverede det skønneste morgenmad. Vi blev tilbudt æg, hjemmmelavet yughurt, pandekager mm. Værterne havde reserveret bord på to dejlige restauranter. Den ene, en lille lokal restaurant i en lille by i nærheden med fokus på bæredygtighed og biovin Et bæredygtigt sted med fokus på miljøet. Et sted med sjove små detaljer og med helt eget særpræg. Dejligt lille byhus"

"D’abord l’accueil de nos hôtes, très disponibles , tout en restant discrets. La maison est magnifique !!! Et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, plaisir des yeux à chaque recoin. L’extérieur est également très bien aménagé, avec plusieurs espaces, et la piscine pour se détendre ! Ce petit séjour dans le lot et Garonne imprévu m’a comblée de joie"

"Geweldige ambiance in een fraai gerestaureerd historisch pand. De architectuur is indrukwekkend en het prachtige interieur een mengeling van vintage design en warme natuurlijke materialen en kleuren, alles van eigen hand. Met een prachtige bloeiende tuin met zwembad en heerlijke zitjes. De eigenaren Natalie en Joël zijn voortreffelijk, joyeux en supergastvrij. We werden bovendien getroffen door pech onderweg maar onze hosts regelden dat we goed aankwamen en weer goed op weg konden!"

"Maison d’hôte aussi chaleureuse que charmante. Elle est située en plein cœur de Villefranche-du-Queyran et offre un cadre paisible et verdoyant. Le jardin dispose d'une pisicine, d'une grande terrasse et de divers espaces où vous pourrez vous détendre. Elle est située à proximité des Thermes de Casteljaloux, du lac de Clarens, du Casino et du Center Parcs. A vélo, vous pourrez facilement rejoindre le canal. Mais ce qui rend l'expérience inoubliable, ce sont Nathalie et Joël, les hôtes; chaleureux, attentionnés et passionnés, ils vous accueillent chez eux tout en simplicité et savent vous mettre très vite à l'aise! Chaque détail est pensé avec soin, et leur générosité transparaît partout; dans la décoration, dans les échanges, dans la qualité du petit-déjeuner... La maison est décorée avec goût, mêlant charme rustique, objets chinés et tout le confort moderne. Le petit-déjeuner, composé de produits frais, locaux et faits maison, est un vrai régal !"

Une bâtisse Ancienne, rénovée avec goût et Amour, un lieu à la fois surprenant , chargé d histoire et paisible ... une invitation à la détente et zenitude. Et que dire de ses hôtes, d'une gentillesse et d'un dynamisme incroyable, aux petits soins . Vous vous réveillerez au chant des oiseaux et vous delecterez d'un succulent petit déjeuner Maison . N'attendez plus , foncez!"
