"The breakfast was excellent and the host and hostess so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and outhouse was an excellent facility which we enjoyed in the sunshine. Great location."

"La prevote was an excellent base for visiting many attractions on the loire plus having the added bonus of a tranquil relaxing place to return to. Accommodation was spotless and the attention to detail was excellent. The hosts (Chris & Cynthia) made us feel extremely welcome and we're most helpful which contributed to the enjoyment of our stay."

"We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Voor ons een prima tussenstop en start van de vakantie. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. De gastheer en - vrouw zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het zwembad is erg aangenaam om af te koelen en het fijn dat er een keuken is waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Ontbijt is prima met koffie, thee, jus, yoghurt, muesli, jam, boter, croissantjes en stokbrood. Nederlanders zijn meestal gewend ook kaas en vleesbeleg bij het ontbijt te hebben maar in Frankrijk is dat niet de gewoonte. Dit als reactie op opmerkingen over het ontbijt."

"Eigenlijk was het allemaal prima. Restaurants liggen wat verder, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Met een supermarkt op loopafstand en de beschikking over een keuken is zelf koken een prima alternatief."

"Met veel smaak ingerichte kamers en fijne poolhouse met zwembad dat wij alleen ter beschikking hadden (met 2 kamers). Eigenaren waren heel gastvrij."

"The chambre d'hotes was situated away from town in secluded woodland but within striking distance of some really beautiful seaside resorts which offered a tantalising choice of beaches which included safe bathing, surfing and an abundance of really good restaurants. The house itself was charming as were the owners, really welcoming with bedrooms tastefully decorated and furnished. The use of a salt water heated pool is a bonus together with outside dining facilities and a summer kitchen all freely available for your use. We will return as soon as our situation allows. Thanks to you both"

"The apartment is beautiful, light and plenty of space for 3 adults. It's decorated to a high standard with comfortable beds and linens. You have everything you need here for a lovely stay, we found that the sofa was uncomfortable as the seats sloped but it's all down to personal preference...and in wonderful Sarlat we were out alot of the time. But that was our only niggle, this really is a wonderful apartment. The windows are beautiful with views across the rooftops, as you walk out of the main door within a few steps (literally) you are in the main square. Frédéric was helpful and a happy guy who showed us round and he was prompt on check in and check out. He gave us 2 sets of keys which was really helpful. We came to Sarlat for my mum's 75th birthday and the town and accommodation were just fantastic."

"A lovely, spacious apartment with everything you need. Beautifully decorated and furnished with a great balcony that we spent the evenings on. Very clean and comfortable. Good wifi, shower pressure and bed. Very quiet at night. Parking garage a huge bonus. Latifa was very friendly and helpful with lots of information and quick communication. She left a generous welcome pack. The location is good. 25 minute walk to the Bassin des Lumieres which should not be missed, and a tram stop almost outside the building to take you to the city centre. Highly recommend this apartment."

"Isabelle was a wonderful host. The accom was very clean and well equipped, the bed was comfy and there was air conditioning in each area. The location has a lovely view of Belcastel and the hills surrounding it. I loved looking out and seeing the cows, sheep and chickens and beautiful fields in the area around the building. It is located a few minutes out of Belcastel but this wasnt any problem for us. We had onsite parking and it was a great base to explore the surrounding areas. We would recommend this accom"
