"We had a wonderful and stay in the beautiful house in a beautiful and quiet location right next to Château de Vascoeuil and only 20+ km from Rouen. Marguerite is an exceptional host, very hospitable, attentive, intelligent and pleasant to be with. The house is nicely decorated with lots of art works. Thank you, Marguerite!"

"Great location, superb view of the harbour. Very close to the train that takes you up to the old part of town. Within easy walking distance of a lot of restaurants. Would recommend the Kissing Pigs very highly. The pizza place Mamma Gina was very very good. The most delicious pizza ever. Service great. Full of locals. We had calamari to start, very fresh and tender. Then shared a pizza, plenty for us. Wine a good price. The desserts, we couldn’t manage one, were immense. Very generous cognac rounded off a great meal. The sister hotel has an amazing pool and great lunches. So go very restful, steps away from the train drop off. We went every day."

"What a fabulous place to stay. Everything was just perfect. The house has been renovated to a high standard, keeping some of the interesting traditional features. Our bedroom was comfortable with a beautiful view over the garden. Breakfast was exceptional, fresh orange juice, home made granola, home made yoghurt, home made bread, pastries and preserves. Also an excellent coffee machine! Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and we were made very welcome. This was a fabulous stay and great value for money. Would highly recommend."
