"This is a great place to stay if you love France and traditional French hotels. It oozes charm and authentic quirkiness. Everything works but in a way that will delight some and shock others. I loved it. And the owners even gave over their own garage to house my motorcycle for the night - sublime!"

"An excellent little hotel perfectly situated for passing through on our travels. This is not a modern or up to date place but had a charm and was a nice change from a chain hotel. The couple running the hotel were very welcoming and we and our two young children enjoyed the atmosphere and eclectic Christmas decorations and mounted jigsaw puzzles. Meals were basic but of the region and all served with love."

"we had no grumbles as we knew what to expect form the reviews and description. You get what you pay for here. The bathroom and toilet are shared but this was no problem as there was only one other couple and small dog staying."

"Very friendly and helpful owners. Excellent value for money with evening meal, bed and breakfast for one person at 45 eu. They even offered a secure garage for my motorcycle, which is very thoughtful. Of note: you need to pay in cash, and the nearest ATM is in the next village (3 km) so be prepared; the rooms are up a narrow staircase; there is limited parking in front of the hotel, more in surrounding streets; there is a little supermarket 2 minutes walk away from the hotel; there is no obvious other restaurant choice in the village (there might be a pizza delivery service, I didn't investigate)."

"Very friendly hosts. We can't speak French and they can't speak English. They tried the best to explain. A traditional 4 courses meal was served (need to paid of course). Old little building with decent decoration. Share bathroom but clean and tidy with towel supply."
