The host was very friendly and coped well with our poor French! There are good supermarkets just a short cycle ride away, and the town of Gisors is certainly worth a visit. . Charlotte gave us a warm welcome and detailed instructions for the surrounding facilities. Claire helped us book a boat trip (reasonably priced, and the captain was humorous and helpful). The room was large, and everything was fully furnished and equipped."
