"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Maison1686. The room was modern and stylish, with brand-new furniture and a super comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch and really high-tech. Breakfast was prepared personally by the owner, who was always there to chat and make us feel welcome. It was such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The village itself was charming and authentic, with a lovely church and a very convenient location. Getting around by car was easy, and the free parking was definitely a plus. Overall, it was an amazing experience!"

"This place is amazing. The building is fantastic, the room huge and comfy, the decor is stylish and tasteful. Cristina (the owner) prepares a phenomenal breakfast - I don't know where she finds the time - and is also a fountain of local knowledge and tips, and utterly charming. She puts lots of thought and effort into every aspect of the stay; even considering who sat where at breakfast so the English-speakers would be adjacent, that sort of thing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"The place was gorgeous and we could have stayed longer. I was sad to leave. It was the cleanest place i have ever stayed in my whole life. The hosts were absolutely beautiful as were the gardens and pool. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was just perfect..like home. We found the most incredible food market i have ever seen nearby it was like something you would dream about. Perfect to stay and oh so peaceful and calm and clean and delightful hosts. Seriously i cannot recommend any higher. Superb."

"The place is so clean, room is well decorated and very comfortable, hotel is in a quiet though in great location next to the train station, bus and town, easy communication with the lady in charge, breakfast was so delicious everything was five stars. Large garden with playground and patio outside...I will go again with family and friends for sure."

"Very well located in the city centre next to a bakery and a convenience store, in a pedestrian street. Many parking for bike nearby, and a bike rental (joe bike) close. Good ventilation so not too hot (no air conditioning). Big living room, allows to keep the sofa bed in bed mode full time."

"Bel emplacement entre les Sanguinaires et la ville d'Ajaccio.On a eu droit à la visite de quatre sangliers tous les soirs sous le balcon de notre chambre,c'était sympathique, plus les pigeons le matin sur le balcon au petit déjeuner .Belle vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio.Bien pour rayonner mais il ne faut pas être pressé.Nous étions en dehors de la période de rush touristique pendant laquelle la circulation doit être infernale mais c'est une supposition car nous ne l'avons pas vécue.Le trafic de passage reste important.Mais la circulation auto dans Ajaccio dans l'ensemble n'est pas facile.Surtout aux heures de bureau.Local lumineux et propre et bien équipé.Très sobre.Couple de 75 et 76 ans."
