"The only thing they need to improve is the temperature of the breakfast area, every time someone opens the front door the whole room is flooded with cold air, maybe a very thick curtain? Obviously in summer it wouldn't be an issue"

"The apartment in Lille was lovely and in a great location. The owners were super responsive, and the use of the security deposit (via Swikly) was easy to use and shouldn’t be of concern to anyone. It wasn’t debited from my account but just a hold taken. Very good facility (I mention this in case anyone is worried about it)"

"The house is great, full of character and charm - including the challenging but fun staircase. The rooms are a good size, and comfortable, though you need to be a little careful of your head on the top floor. The the concierge service were very helpful - our coffee machine wasn't working and they replaced it."
