She went out of her way to assist our daughter, who doesn’t speak French, and made sure she felt comfortable. When I mentioned that our room felt a bit dusty on the first day, she immediate took action, and from the following day onward, everything was perfectly clean. What started as a holiday with modest expectations turned into a truly satisfying experience. By the end of our stay, we were already thinking about which room we would choose for next year!"

"This hotel is in a little nice village, which has a great vibe. The hotel was nice and has a ski vibe as well. The breakfast and the dinner was a bit expensive so we brought some food with us. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Also the hotel has a bar and for the evening beer was a super perfect."
