Access was an initial challenge as this was not automated so you cannot let yourself in and had to wait until someone respond to the telephone! A ringing doorbell at the gate or at the front door would be helpful!

W pokoju brak sztućców i talerzy. Były tylko kubeczki, bez łyżeczek. Ich dodanie poprawiło by komfort.

"This is a family recreational resort with some dorms. Mine was inside the main building near the inside pool and table tennis area. The showers and two toilets are those used by the pool guests. I was fortunate to have only one female dorm mate. There are lockers outside in the hallway and you are given a room key. The manager kindly lent me sheets. I liked the location in the woods not far from the pedestrian street."

The kitchen could use some new utensils. There were no cups or glasses, just some plastic cups.

"Śniadanie Dobre, warto ustalić z Panią wcześniej co się chce. W pobliżu dużo sklepów, a niedaleko jakieś 20 min spaceru bardzo dobra knajpa "Navat". Mały ogródek ze stoliczkiem i ławkami. Dużo ręczników i czysta pościel, dobra klima."

Cena dość wysoka, ale nie mam innych uwag.

"The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat."

Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

Obiekt jest trochę stary. W łazience nie ma kotary pod prysznicem, wiec podczas kąpieli zalewa się pół łazienki. Nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji z łazienki wydobywa się do pokoju.

"We had a really wonderful time at Hotel Dionisio Inn! It's close to everything you may want to visit in Antigua and the staff was really wonderful, kind, and attentive. Even if the language barrier, they always remembered what we were up to and asked how things were. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help out. It's not often that we've met such helpful and nice staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and so much better than a lot of other places we stayed at on our trip in Guatemala. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Antigua."
