"What a surprisingly wonderful stay. OK, the cabin wasnt flash. It was a bit dated and worn (reminiscent of mid-20th century beach cabins), but it was spacious, comfy, everything worked, plenty of TV channels, the shower had good hot water, and the area was quiet despite being very close to the town, night market, and beaches. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing 4-day stay."

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. "It's a wonderful place to stay with a family. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. And at the same time, in quiet area away from railway. It is a place you feel at home, kitchen is full supplied with all utensils. The host is a nice man who will always help you and give fruit. I recommend it 100%"

"Fajny domek w nadmorskim stylu. Położony kilka kroków od pięknej spokojnej plaży. Trzy sypialnie i dwie łazienki znacznie ułatwiają funkcjonowanie dużej ekipie. Fajny taras na którym można spędzić praktycznie cały wyjazd!"

Domek położony jest obok plaży i niczego więcej. Jakiekolwiek zakupy czy wyjście na obiad wymaga posiadanie auta. Za bramą jest dość ruchliwa drogą więc spacer odpada. Jest to dom do wyciszenia i spokojnego plażowania a nie chodzenia po knajpach.

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

The room is well equipped. Large double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Aircon is super silent. There's a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with hot shower and outside you can sit on a veranda which is protected by mosquito nets and there's also a barbecue area outside. The internet connection is stable and quite fast, for entertainment there's flat screen TV with Netflix and even a Playstation4. For this budget this is one of the best places i ever stayed. I can absolutely recommend this place!"

"I liked the pool and that it was gated."

It was rather basic and the water pressure was low so that at certain times I was unable to shower.

Kitchen could have been a little more clean and better equipped, but it was a very pleasant stay!

"Indywidualność. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, pomocny i chętny do rozwiązywania wszelkich niedogodności."

Początkowo słaby Internet, ale po dogadaniu się z właścicielem już było fajnie.

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"A fantastic place. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a canyon. The villa has absolutely everything. You can have a dip in the pool, do a big bbq, explore the nearby canyon or just relax at one of many cozy places. Olya and her family are perfect hosts, very good communication and so nice! We stayed one more night than planned because we loved it so much."

"L’emplacement idéal entre la Baie Orientale et Grand-Case, l’îlot Pinel en face et tout cela dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée. L’appartement est idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. Tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin est à disposition."

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Apartament był świetnie wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Patelnie, garnki, obieraczka, zmywarka - praktycznie wszystko czego potrzeba by spokojnie gotować samemu. Do tego sauny (sucha i infrared). Szafki na narty tuz prz stoku to istny gamechanger - nie trzeba było nic nosić. W okolicy sklep spożywczy i piekarnia. Nie do przecenienia są rolety zewnetrzne we wszystkich oknach - budzi mnie najmniejszy promyk wiec wreszcie mogłem się wyspać na wakacjach."

"The location was amazing, the chalet was nice had everything we needed and more. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly."

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.

Beds a bit hard ! Too far to walk to shops maybe, havng to leave !

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"Bardzo przestronny apartament z trzema sypialniami, świetnie wyposażony. Z balkony toztacza się widok na Trpejcę i na jezioro. dobra lokalizacja - spacerem kilka minut do plaży. Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa gospodyni. Polecamy!"
