"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"What a surprisingly wonderful stay. OK, the cabin wasnt flash. It was a bit dated and worn (reminiscent of mid-20th century beach cabins), but it was spacious, comfy, everything worked, plenty of TV channels, the shower had good hot water, and the area was quiet despite being very close to the town, night market, and beaches. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing 4-day stay."

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"Kapitalna aranżacja mieszkania i otoczenia. Wszelkie dostępne udogodnienia, w tym niewielki basen. Sporo muzealnych przyrządów rolniczych, kowalskich, a także pamiątek z czasów Teodora Żivkova. Sympatyczny i komunikatywny gospodarz. Można dobrze wypocząć. Polecam!"

"Exceptional property has the river running through the front yard, with barbecue, hammock, swing and patio furniture. Two story house has the kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Nice layout and fully equipped with everything you need. Manager was very friendly and helpful."

"A fantastic place. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a canyon. The villa has absolutely everything. You can have a dip in the pool, do a big bbq, explore the nearby canyon or just relax at one of many cozy places. Olya and her family are perfect hosts, very good communication and so nice! We stayed one more night than planned because we loved it so much."

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"Wir hatten telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam jemand und hat den Schlüssel und das Haus übergeben. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Der Plattensee mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Die ganze Siedlung wird nur im Sommer bewohnt. Das sollte man wissen."

Es gab einen Fernseher, aber nur ungarische Programme. Internet war leider nur per Mobil möglich, was das Traffikguthaben ziemlich schmälerte. Wir hatten große Tarife, da ging es schon. Aber mit 10 GB kommt man nicht lange, wenn man Netflix sieht. Prepaid-Internet wäre ne Möglichkeit.
