"Przemiła obsługa. Lokalizacja w pięknym starym mieście. Kot z dzwoneczkiem przesympatyczny. Pyszne śniadanie zrobione [przez właścicielkę. Pokój w urokliwym miejscu. Widok na góry Trafiła nam się nawet wanna. Przepięknie, klimatycznie, można było poczuć ten klimat. Sama trasa przez góry do Miejsca niezwykła."

"W pokojach z łazienką jest dobry prysznic i podgrzewane koce, polecam dopłacić za ten pokój zamiast brać tańszy i dodatkowo płacić za prysznic (bo ten na korytarzy ma gorszy standard, słabe ciśnienie wody). Jest opcja prania w pralce za opłatą. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, duży wybór, świeżo i czysto."

"It was like staying at someone’s home. V good, helpful staff and bed was v comfortable. The food was surprisingly decent for such a small place. Picturesque location even though snow was sparse at the time"

Only gripe might be that the air was quite dry, making sleep quality not so good: might be because of it being a wooden bldg

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"

"Very well situated , our room was spacious , nice balcony and a view of the river. Resteraunt on site was very nice and staff friendly and helpful."

Toilet was not flushing properly , but not much of a problem.

The wifi service wasn't not getting it in the apartment have to go out side.

"To był mój drugi pobyt w tym obiekcie i nadal uważam, że to świetna opcja! Cena bardzo przystępna w porównaniu z innymi obiektami. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja! Dojazd w każdą część wyspy bezpośrednio lub z jedną przesiadką autobusem. Pani właścicielka bardzo miła, pozwoliła zostawić swój bagaż po wymeldowaniu."

Nie było informacji o dostaniu się do obiektu. Dopiero po skontaktowaniu się telefonicznie z właścicielką dostałam instrukcje jak mogę sama dostać się do pokoju, co oczywiście nie jest problemem, ale byłoby super, gdyby ta informacja była wcześniej.

"Piękne położenie nad rzeką, niedaleko dwóch wodospadów, na trasie pętli. Domek przestronny z dużą łazienką i tarasem. Personel bardzo pomocny, mówi po angielsku (moglismy zaparkować skuter pod samym domkiem, który potem zabezpieczyli dodatkową blokadą z alarmem). Cisza, spokój, bardzo rodzinnie. Polecamy z całego serca."

Podobało się wszystko, ale gdyby były hamaki na tarasie i lodówka w pokoju, to pewnie zostalibyśmy dłużej😜

"Lovingly furnished, clean accommodation in a family atmosphere with hospitable landlords, good sanitary standards and air conditioning, cozy terrace, very good and plentiful breakfast with fruit and local side dishes, option for dinner with excellent Sri Lankan cuisine which we thoroughly enjoyed. Praktycznie nikt nie mówi po angielsku (próbowała z nami porozumieć się jedna recepcjonistka). WiFi było dostępne tylko w niektórych segmentach. My zostaliśmy po przybyciu poinformowani że w naszym pokoju nie ma WiFi. Jest to utrudnienie ponieważ w lokalizacji hotelu nie ma zasięgu właściwie u żadnego lokalnego operatora. Nawet jak WiFi jest, to nie da się z niego sensownie korzystać (może poza porankami albo późno w nocy). Teoretycznie można płacić kartą ale jak chcieliśmy to zrobić to akurat terminal nie działał (może również problem z internetem?). Byliśmy zmuszeni zapłacić gotówką i w euro - niestety po niekorzystnym kursie wymiany. Dopiero po zwróceniu uwagi, że nie jest to nasza wina, został zastosowany korzystny przelicznik.

"Super place for the price. I had my own room with air con and a toilet and shower. It’s 800m about to the bus station and walking distance to most restaurants and stores in Savusavu. Practically next door to the historic Planters Club. Ron the owner is really kind and at the beginning drove me around to show me what I could do in Savusavu. I had a wonderful stay"

Sometimes it can get a bit noisy if the early morning ferry leaves for Suva a couple of times a week. I stayed in the front facing g the ocean. Maybe it was quieter at the back? But really there were no complaints

"Everything was perfect. The place was just so beautiful. Very modern and clean. I loved the interior design a lot. The kitchen was full equipped and they gave us towels for the beach as well. The distance to the city center and the beaches were no longer than 25 min. Ana and her daughter were super kind and very nice. They even let us store our language because we had a flight in the afternoon. We could have used the shower as well. All in all we loved our stay and hope to come back again 😊"

Only thing that was missing was a place to dry the clothes (for example a drying rack). Besides that there was absolutely nothing negative!

"Polecam. Zdjęcia pokoju zgodne z rzeczywistością. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami, bardzo pomocni ze wszystkim. Nasz domek był nowy, z cichą i wydajną klimatyzacją, szczelne okna, dodatkowo moskietiera nad łóżkami. Jedzenie też ok, ale śniadania są dość skromne. W Cat Tien polecam wszystkim wycieczkę i wsparcie sanktuarium niedźwiedzi słonecznych i księżycowych Free the Bears (trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować)"

"It was quirky and a lovely cosy space to base ourselves. Very close to the airport and next to the harbour in the town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The loft bed was something different too and cosy and comfortable. The owner was great and friendly. We had absolutely no issues and hope to go again someday."

"The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and we felt like home. New AC, clean and well attained. The surroundings are excellent as well as the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Accessibility was good. It is a little far from the city but there is a bus stop about five minutes from the property where the Airport bus stops. A rental vehicle would be recommended. We knew that and the remote location was very soothing for us."

The outside property had some very minor issues; it felt a bit barren and the pool could‘ve been better maintained. We would have liked simple room cleaning very days without having to ask for it because it made us feel a bit uncomfortable to request it. Plus, to avoid all these plastic bottles, we would have appreciated a shared water filter station at the property.

"Very welcoming and happy staff. They were so kind and caring. The place was warm and the fire place in the common area was a nice touch (we visited in winter). Everything was explained so well. We loved the pool and onsen! Truly a spa resort! Thanks."

"The room was very beautiful and comfortable. The food was excellent. The best we had in the Dominican Republic so far and the price is extremely reasonable. The staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely go back for the food and for the comfortable room."

We had to change room as we didn’t know from the description, that it was in a shared apartment. That information should be clear on booking.

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."
