"Lokalizacja hotelu była świetna - zaraz przy plaży Pereybere. Obok kilka restauracji, ruchliwa ulica. Pokoje były czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Świetnym udogodnieniem był basen oraz jacuzzi na dachu hotelu. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu."

Restauracja obok to grilluje świeże rybki - super inicjatywa ale niestety dym leci centralnie na balkony przez co nie za przyjemnie siedzi się wieczorami.

Zbyt długi czas oczekiwania na kolację. Bardzo skromne śniadania.

Intensywny zapach nikotyny w pokoju. Na naszą prośbę personel zmienił nam pokój na taki, w którym zapach nikotyny nie był tak dokuczliwy.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Slightly dated decor and bathrooms.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Brak ogrzewania w łazience -zimny kaloryfer przez cały mój pobyt to jedyna nie sprawna rzecz.

"Steps away to beach. The restaurant/bar serves delicious food and drinks. The staffs were friendly and ready to help with anything. Will definitely return again."

La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. "The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Hotel zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym położeniu, blisko centrum, w okolicy dzielnica urokliwych restauracji. Ponadto, obsługa personelu na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo pomocna. Wygodne łóżka. W obiekcie możliwość korzystania z ekspresu do kawy w lobby. Znakomity stosunek jakości do ceny."

"To już 7 pobyt, jak zawsze było bardzo przyjemnie, ale jak co roku były nowości - kawiarenka Lacoste, nowa aranżacja w hollu, zmieniające się menu na śniadaniach. Uwielbiam tu wracać."

Obsługa w recepcji. Unikać młodych Panów, nie potrafią działać pod presją czasu, nie wiedzą co powiedzieć, co zrobić. Pierwszy raz od 7 lat czekaliśmy na pokój, mimo że była już 15.00. Po zmianie na innego recepcjonistę , Pani szybko zaproponowała drinki, zupełnie inaczej się zachowywała, pokój był gotowy za kilka minut.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Trafiłam na dość dziwnie zaprojektowany pokój - klubowy? Dla par? Kąpanie się z widokiem na miasto (i miasta widokiem na mnie) było nieco niekomfortowe.

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️
