"Really enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean, location very close Ave de La Revolution( walkable) Very close to Restaurant Ricardo's Centro with excellent food and 24/7. Parking available and a security guard on site. We would certainly go back"

"Due to the state of the sewage pipes in general, you can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet, a little notice by the toilet would have been helpful. Problem was solved quickly though and this will affect many places you go to. Definitely not a deterrent to going back ."

"Great location to my dental office in the neighbouring tower. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I found some of the staff to be so-so at the front desk whilst others were friendlier and more helpful."

"Rooms are a bit dated. My first night I didn’t have any hand towels, only a wash cloth and bath towel. I also didn’t have a bath mat the first night so used a wash cloth to step on after my shower. I also appreciate that many hotels are contracted with airlines. But the China Airlines flight attendants and pilots were so incredibly rude, they rushed up to the desk on both sides me as I was checking in and were talking over me. So obnoxious! I finally asked them if they wanted to read the details of my registration information as they were right on top of me. I have worked with hotels for decades. Some hotels have key packets with matching registration cards already prepared in advance and a dedicated line for when they arrive."

"Everything was excellent, from the staff to the room. I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast staff always greet guests with smiles in the morning, which is a nice way to start the day. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this place."
