"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. "Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Psy bez kontroli na plaży. Śniadanie mało różnorodne.

Nieco ciemno w pokoju na poddaszu, wieszaki na buty narciarskie w szafkach na sprzęt nie są podgrzewane, ale to wszystko błahostka, hotel godny polecenia.

"The breakfast buffet was good quality if a little expensive, make sure you book day before to get a discount."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

The pool was often closed to guests

"Hotel położony w centrum miasta, blisko do dworca kolejowego oraz innych atrakcji. Wifi działało bardzo dobrze. Duży plus za czajnik oraz lodówkę w pokoju. Sam pokój oraz łazienka idealnie czyste (Oczywiście z klimatyzacją). Śniadanie było smaczne, w formie bufetu. Personel bardzo miły."

Mały minus za brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem (choć w tropikach to chyba nie jest standard).

"To już 7 pobyt, jak zawsze było bardzo przyjemnie, ale jak co roku były nowości - kawiarenka Lacoste, nowa aranżacja w hollu, zmieniające się menu na śniadaniach. Uwielbiam tu wracać."

Obsługa w recepcji. Unikać młodych Panów, nie potrafią działać pod presją czasu, nie wiedzą co powiedzieć, co zrobić. Pierwszy raz od 7 lat czekaliśmy na pokój, mimo że była już 15.00. Po zmianie na innego recepcjonistę , Pani szybko zaproponowała drinki, zupełnie inaczej się zachowywała, pokój był gotowy za kilka minut.
