"Excellent location!! It is very near to the city centre. There is a 24 hours bakery near the property. There is also a supermarket and a döner shop very near to the apartment."

"The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. We sent two messages—one about changing the batteries in the remote ( we were not able to use the tv as the remote was not working) and another about the lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen ( which is something that you usually don't carry with you). The response was rude and dismissive, simply saying “it is what it is” and that nothing could be done. The kitchen was poorly equipped. While there was a coffee machine, there were no capsules provided. Additionally, there was no oven, which was a big inconvenience as we planned to heat up frozen food. The workstation in the kitchen was extremely small, with no space to put washed dishes, making it difficult to prepare meals. To make matters worse, the room was much smaller than the photos had led us to believe. Overall, the experience was far from what we expected."

"It was close to the port. This ground floor apartment was neat and tidy and newly renovated so facilities were nice and fresh."

"Really clean and fresh. Immaculate. Mate was so lovely, made the whole arrival and say so smooth and was super helpful. Gave us some excellent tips and went out of his way to help. The property was ideally located just a 5 min walk from split centre and had everything we needed."

"Mate was so helpful he organised Anna Marie a lovely lady to pick us up at the airport ,we used her for our drive back to the airport at the end of our holiday.The appartment was clen and comfortable and so near everything the perfect location. We arrived very late past midnight but mate met our car and helped take our cases up the stairs to the appartment .I would not hesitate to book this appartment again Mate told us of an all night bakery close by and lots of helpful information.If there were no stairs this would be a ten . As I said Mate helped with the very heavy cases so the stairs became less of a problem Thanks Mate your friendlieness and helpfullness will always be remembered 😊"

"Mate the owner was super helpful, he arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport which took us to the apartment, so we had no problem to get there. He was there to received us and give us the keys, he also took the time to explained to us about the city, places and restaurants near by. It was our 1st time in Split so all this helped us quite a lot, and we are very. grateful for that. Mate also arranged the taxi back to the airport, we can not ask more from a host. We will definitely book this apartment again"
