Apartamenty w Chorwacji

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Bardzo przestronny pokój, w pełni wyposażony aneks, pralka,dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Śniadanie co dziennie serwowane do pokoju (wybór z karty). Pomocny, mily personel na recepcji, pomógł nam w wynajmie auta, polecił co zwiedzić w okolicy,gdzie lepiej zjeść itd. Bardzo miła obsługa."

Łazienka wymaga gruntownego sprzątania.

"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

Nothing bad, everything was super nice.

The location and the staff around it!

"Super apartamenty, dwie łazienki, ogromna przestronna sypialnia, basen codziennie był czyszczony. Bardzo mili i uprzejmie ludzie którzy doglądali porządku. Blisko do plaży."

brakowało niektórych przyrządów kuchennych np. łopatki żeby zrobić jajecznicę, Bark czajnika - wodę gotowaliśmy w garnku, meble ogrodowe przydało by się już wymienić bo zjada je rdza. Ulica przy plaży była tak ruchliwa jak autostrada, specjalnie wybrałam nocleg oddalony od miasta żeby był spokój ale niestety rozwój gospodarczy robi swoje... Dlatego jeśli szukasz spokojnej okolicy to nie w tym miejscu.

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

Lack of keys 🔑

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

"Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool. Hotel is set back from the road, so nice And quite. good secure parking. Two great beaches nearby. Next door to a good supermarket. Freddie and staff very helpful"

Hard to fault.

"Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa, genialna lokalizacja. Same apartamenty wystarczające jeżeli komuś zależy tylko na prysznicu i przespaniu się. Na plus za możliwość późnego zameldowania samodzielnie i dostęp miejsc parkingowych."

Mieszkanie trochę daleko od portu i kasyna, trzeba wracać pod górkę i po schodach. Rano hałas (coś budują w okolicy). Był problem z telewizorem (chyba nie działał)

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room
