"Incredibile retreat in the midst of the jungle. The decor is so researched - hands down one of the most beautiful room I have stayed in a hotel - every detail is studied and so fitting. Meals nurturing and wholesome and the ayurvedic treatment was unique.... Staying at samadhi has been the best choice of our Sri Lanka trip!"

"What a wonderful place to relax & recharge. The location is fabulous & the rooms are huge & comfortable. I had a sofa & a chaise in mine & made good use of them both. I had a cold whilst I was here & I couldn’t have wished for a better place to recover. I spent a lot of time resting on the sofa, looking out at the sea of green, listening to the sound of the river & the birds singing"

"10/10, if you are looking for a retreat in the middle of the nature, with delicious typical Sri Lanka food and a spiritual experience immerse in a beautiful well decorated site and rooms, you should stop by. They offered Ayurveda treatments, yoga lessons,.cookery class and there are plenty of waterfalls and beautiful spots for hikings. The staff is always very gentle and around to support. Of you are expecting best WiFi connections, not willing to connect with natures and animals and looking for western food and commodities look for something else."

So good Oh and the food?? Our half day (evening) Safari guided by Nikki was great and we noted that most other vehicles in block A didn’t have a guide and hence struggled to spot wildlife. Some food was very good - especially the curries at lunch. We loved the set up for the dinner by the bonfire. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly."
