"Чудове місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Дуже задоволені. Було дуже затишно і комфортно. Велика територія біля котеджа – є все необхідне для барбекю, альтанки і качелі для дітей. Відпочивали взимку, але в приміщенні було дуже тепло. Є санвузли у кожній спальні, що дуже зручно. Окреме спасибі пані Олі, адміністратору котеджа. Турбувалася про нас, щоб ми почувалися максимально комфортно. Плануємо повернутися сюди влітку 🙂"

Трошки замалий холодильник. Було б добре, щоб він був трохи більшим і мав трохи більшу морозильну камеру. Також не зайвими були б ще кілька кастрюль та великі миски.

Some of the appliances are tired and therefore unreliable and need updating . The internal phones dont work so if there is a problem you have to call the reception in a building down the hill on your cell which if you are from abroad is an expensive exercise.

"Przepyszne jedzenie, zawsze z fantastycznym widokiem. Pokoje czyste. Wspaniała obsługa, Lolita jest niesamowita, pomogła nam we wszystkim, jest bardzo miłą, cierpliwą i pracowitą osobą. Wprowadza ciepłą atmosferę od pierwszego dnia pobytu. Mają 2 przyjazne psy i kotka, uwielbiałam spędzać tam wolne chwile Chętnie zatrzymam się ponownie"

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"To był mój drugi pobyt w tym obiekcie i nadal uważam, że to świetna opcja! Cena bardzo przystępna w porównaniu z innymi obiektami. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja! Dojazd w każdą część wyspy bezpośrednio lub z jedną przesiadką autobusem. Pani właścicielka bardzo miła, pozwoliła zostawić swój bagaż po wymeldowaniu."

Nie było informacji o dostaniu się do obiektu. Dopiero po skontaktowaniu się telefonicznie z właścicielką dostałam instrukcje jak mogę sama dostać się do pokoju, co oczywiście nie jest problemem, ale byłoby super, gdyby ta informacja była wcześniej.

"Great location and the scenery was beautiful. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Located on hill tops and the views were amazing! Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Surrounded by trees and was entertained by monkeys swinging through the branches. The rooms were also very spacious and allowed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and meals were delivered to the room. Staff were very accommodating and overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"Fajne, kompletnie wyposażone studio z widokiem na góry. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Poranna kawa w akompaniamencie śpiewu różnych ptaków. Na powitanie otrzymałem wodę, kawę, herbatę i dużą kiść małych bananów."

Do hotelu prowadzi bardzo stromy podjazd. Zalecam wynająć samochód. Nie uważam tego za negatyw, takie są Seszele.

"This place is simply amazing, what stands out is the attention to detail and the magical garden with pool. Highly recommend it for you nature lovers. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There is plenty of parking space, a bakery and exquisite french restaurant just around the corner. Pro tip: watch your step when going to the pool, turtles are sometimes patroling the area."

"Everything was perfect. The place was just so beautiful. Very modern and clean. I loved the interior design a lot. The kitchen was full equipped and they gave us towels for the beach as well. The distance to the city center and the beaches were no longer than 25 min. Ana and her daughter were super kind and very nice. They even let us store our language because we had a flight in the afternoon. We could have used the shower as well. All in all we loved our stay and hope to come back again 😊"

Only thing that was missing was a place to dry the clothes (for example a drying rack). Besides that there was absolutely nothing negative!

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

"This magical place in the hills is owned and run by Thierry who puts a great deal of care, detail and consideration into his guest's stay. His love of the land, plants and animals is evident. Thierry gave us a tour of the property plus an amazing breakfast which included a whole tasting activity with different jams and chocolate / cheese spreads ! The bed was very comfortable. We loved the jucazzi at night whilst stargazing We enjoyed relaxing in the morning looking out over the view."

Please note if you are walking it is a steep climb back up the hill.

Praktycznie nikt nie mówi po angielsku (próbowała z nami porozumieć się jedna recepcjonistka). WiFi było dostępne tylko w niektórych segmentach. My zostaliśmy po przybyciu poinformowani że w naszym pokoju nie ma WiFi. Jest to utrudnienie ponieważ w lokalizacji hotelu nie ma zasięgu właściwie u żadnego lokalnego operatora. Nawet jak WiFi jest, to nie da się z niego sensownie korzystać (może poza porankami albo późno w nocy). Teoretycznie można płacić kartą ale jak chcieliśmy to zrobić to akurat terminal nie działał (może również problem z internetem?). Byliśmy zmuszeni zapłacić gotówką i w euro - niestety po niekorzystnym kursie wymiany. Dopiero po zwróceniu uwagi, że nie jest to nasza wina, został zastosowany korzystny przelicznik.

"Wonderful friendly staff - Marie-Helene and the rest of the staff made us feel totally at home. Delicious freshly cooked food. Super calm and peaceful in beautiful surroundings - a tonic after Dakar and Saint Louis. Relatively accessible for Saloum Delta which we loved. Great air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool"

Water pressure was low at certain times - pipe being repaired, so perhaps temporary. You'll need a car to get around (we got a taxi for 10.000 - 15.000 CFA each way to Ndangane.)

"Domek jest dosyć nowym budynkiem, więc wszystko w środku jest zadbane. Przestrzenność oraz wiele udogodnień tylko umila spędzony czas. Taras ma wysuwaną markizę, chociaż kasztan który rośnie z boku spełnia funkcję zacienienia i częścioweǰ ochrony przed deszczem. Kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona, zmywarka, toster, kawiarka, przybory kuchenne, wszystko co jest potrzebne przy gotowaniu było dostępne. Moskitiery w oknach spełniają swoją funkcję. Klimatyzacja na dole i na górze. Plaża jest blisko 3 minuty spacerkiem. Przy większych falach dobrze słyszalne morze z domku. Plaża jest dosyć kamienista, a zejście do morza czesto żwirowe więc jeśli Ci to przeszkadza lepiej zabierz ze sobą specjalne buty do pływania. Podsumowując. Miejsce spokojne, ciche (chociaż to zależy od wczasowiczów) okolica pozwala na długie spacery czy to po plaży czy po lesie. Przyjemne tereny do jazdy na rowerze."

"It was quirky and a lovely cosy space to base ourselves. Very close to the airport and next to the harbour in the town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The loft bed was something different too and cosy and comfortable. The owner was great and friendly. We had absolutely no issues and hope to go again someday."
