"W kompleksie Bardzo trudno złapać zasieg sieci telefonicznej- db ze jest wifi Trzeba mieć gotówkę która najlepiej wymienić na lotniskh bo w hotelu nie ma możliwości wymiany za zakupy można zapłacić kartą ale znaleźć miejsce gdzie zjesz bez gotówki to już wyższa Szkoła jazdy Tak samo z taksówką bez gotówki nie da rady Zbyt mała sala na śniadanie w tak dużym hotelu bk czekaliśmy chyba z 30 min zeby zjeść śniadanie Przy zameldowaniu tez trochę mało stanowisk tez czekaliśmy z 20 min w kolejce - stanowiska są przy stolikach ale mimo że były nas 3 osoby to krzesła były tylko 2 i nikt nie zaproponował i nie doniósł trzeciego krzesła i syn 180cm musiał stać i pochylać się co było bardzo niekomfortowe co w hotelu 5☆ nie powinno sie zdarzyć"

"Service was exceptional to the smallest detail. some small things make the stay unforgettable.,eg Bellman Jeff took a photo of us and returned with the photo in a frame and a a St Regis mascot as a present. On cheking out the concierge gave us a box of biscuits and a second mascot to keep company to the previous one. The bellman Jeff, mentioned above, took every care of us . The hotel although located on the casino strip is very quiet and more classy than the neighbors Londoner, Conrad, Venetian etc.. Breakfast is excellent."

"Amazing stay at st regis. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and lots of seating space. We also went to the bar for the live music highly recommended. Staff were all very kind and attentive. Very comfortable pillows. Great value for money. Nice pool and spa area could spend hours here before you leave"

"Byliśmy w Makao tylko jeden dzień. Przyjechaliśmy z Hongkongu i wybieraliśmy się dalej do Chin. Zależało mi więc na lokalizacji, z której będzie można w jeden dzień zwiedzić Makao, czyli blisko do starej części miasta - tutaj bez problemu na piechotę, skąd autobusem można dojechać na Cotai Strip i wrócić na nocleg do hotelu. W samym hotelu było wszystko co trzeba, bezpłatnie dostawiono nam dodatkowe łóżko (podróżowaliśmy w 3 osoby, a w pokoju były standardowo dwa łóżka). Mieliśmy także przepiękny widok z okna na Grand Lisboa Casino."

Personel pomocny- pozwolił nam zakwaterować się przed czasem oraz bezpłatnie zostać chwilę dłużej w dniu wykwaterowania. Blisko przystanek autobusowy oraz miejsca, gdzie można spróbować lokalnej kuchni."
