"I had a wonderful stay at Kin Ha Hotel Tulum. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely, which added a lot to the comfort. The garden is quiet and peaceful, yet the hotel is within walking distance of the lively, cozy area with restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect balance between calm and energy. Definitely recommended. I would happily stay here again."

"A little Oasis in Tulum central. We loved the tropical garden in the courtyard and the shaded rooftop areas. We'd arrived early and could check in straight away. The room was clean and comfortable. Great shower with the best water pressure we had during our 3 weeks in Mexico! Close to good restaurants and cafes. Just a short walk to the main street and 10 minutes from the ADO bus station. We'd definitely stay here again"

Helping us out with taxis, bikes and recommendations. They really made our stay! Great location in the centre of Tulum. It has a nice little terrace to relax in too."

"Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! "
